Classes/Clinics Description: PVA will teach each player the fundamentals and strategy of volleyball while providing an incredible workout. Both beginners and advanced volleyball players are group according to their level and will learn proper techniques for serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking. Attention is centered on individual instruction and repetitive drills. Players will also work on coordination, balance, strength, toning, footwork and cardio endurance.
